About J.BRanch

Helping people turn setbacks into strategy, purpose, and forward momentum.

My Approach

We all experience moments that change the direction of our lives. Some are unexpected setbacks. Others become the catalyst for something greater.

Failing Forward was born from the belief that failure doesn't have to be the end of the story—it can become the foundation for growth, resilience, and purpose.

Through seasons of personal and professional change, I discovered that our greatest challenges often prepare us for our greatest impact. Today, I help individuals, leaders, and organizations move beyond setbacks and build lives and businesses with intention.

Meet Jaye.

I'm Jay Branch, founder of Failing Forward, editor of FORWARD Magazine, host of Genesis: The Failing Forward Podcast, speaker, trainer, and leadership coach.

My work brings together leadership development, resilience, strategic thinking, and storytelling to help people navigate change with confidence and purpose.

Whether I'm speaking on stage, facilitating workshops, interviewing guests on the podcast, or publishing stories through FORWARD Magazine, my mission is the same:

To help people keep moving forward.

WHY “FAILING FORWARD?”

We often think of failure as something to avoid.

I see it differently.

Failure can teach us resilience.

Failure can sharpen our leadership.

Failure can reveal our purpose.

Every setback holds the potential for growth when we're willing to learn, adapt, and move forward.

That's the heart behind Failing Forward. It's more than a name—it's an invitation to embrace the lessons, rewrite the narrative, and discover what's possible on the other side of adversity.
